Is Intelligent life a Catch 22?

As we have heard the TAO, the Alien beings who have populated one of my favorite blogs, state previously that the Universe is a dangerous and violent place, filled with wars, an Emperor, Federation and such, I wonder that is violence innate in all intelligent species? As there is a known Universe, as well as an UNknown Universe, the TAO is incapable of answering this question with verified truth. As Darwin stated, it is survival of the fittest. Is this throughout the Universe? Is true evolution driven by struggles for dominance. Is this to say that violence is required for intelligence. In order to further an intelligent sentient specie does intelligence need to give rise to the ability to destroy one’s species. With this said, only through intelligence can one overcome the violence that gives rise to that same intelligence.

As in “The Planet of the Apes” when Cornelius read to Taylor from the 29th Scroll:

Beware the beast Man, for he is the devil’s pawn. Alone among God’s primates, he kills for sport, or lust, or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother’s land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him. Drive him back into jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death.

Yet, it seems that the same can be said of all beings, that be sentient beings. Are those same beings trying to pass as sapient beings? This would be the true Catch 22, no?

There comes a time...

I was doing a bit of reflection today…a bit of my day in the life…

I watched the principles of ammonia and heat working in tandem to create beauty through color, and I watched two long legged centipede types battle for survival, in our garden, using our artichoke plant as a platform, as I watered during record high temps. I thought of how our dog, Lucy, is able to speak to Michelle and myself in ways most humans would not understand, yet, for those of us that pay attention to the moments of our pets, we do. I reflected on how the survival of particles or atoms at record low temperatures struggled for life while scientists, through Kelvin, Dewar, Thompson, Einstein, and on tried to find the roots of absolute zero, I pondered the principles of heat, time, and grapes while I enjoyed some wine (with a flying saucer on the label)…I thought of how insignificant our lives can be to the broad universal picture.

Why is it that we have different human beings, running their lives as they see fit for themselves and their families, and they feel (we hope) for the betterment of our society, being labeled and ostraciszed due to their race, age or sex. There will come a day in which the human race will find a means of coming together for survival. It will reach a point to which survival will become a pivotal point in the stability and longevity of our capacity to maintain ourselves as a species. No race, no sex, no age will be a factor in this equation. Am I right Gleia?

There comes a time:

Oh, this old world
keeps spinning round
It’s a wonder tall trees
ain’t layin’ down
There comes a time.

Perhaps people need to reach a point of no return in order to find answers. Perhaps through the principles of choas or quantum theory will we find the answers to the questions that keep us as a species apart from eachother in order to come as one and move forward together in harmony. The basis of chaos in order to reach absolute harmony…

There is no reason for the chaotic answers we seek in todays blog excepting uneducated reactions as a society to answers as a societal consciousness that we seek. What I mean by this is that, by society as a whole, whether we be male/female, black/white/red/yellow, aged or newborn we are all the same excepting our evolution of the ego. As a societal ego we simply need to find a harmonic approach in order to create a more perfect union. Without the ego, without the greed, without the past (luggage) will we find a place to which any human, any race, any sex, or age, or any entity of life will we be able to find a means to resonate with all of the other beings on this planet in order to create a habitable place in which we can all survive in harmony.

Can it exist? Does it exist…oh, yes, Sweteno (see Sweteno ) and more...We have a precident.

We find something to strive for…something attainable…

Modern Serfdom...

Will there ever come a day to which our complacent society here in the United States will stand up for all the rights to which we have had stripped away in these past seven years of rule. This corporate oligarchy system to which we have come to know and "love" is giving us a system of government to that of the days of serfdom. The top 1% or .5% that control 90% of the global wealth while attempting to brainwash the rest of the peeps that their life is great is getting tiresome.

But, we still sit back, read the corporate daily wipes filled with the same news from AP, UPI and other fixture organizations that pander to the elite and their ideas thinking that we are getting to the truth of the world. Perhaps to their truth to their world...

I have consistently been called a conspiracy theorist throughout my life. This usually comes from people who fit the above stated paragraph or others who refuse to open themselves to something beyond their comfort zone typically derived from a generational hand-me-down of truths and has nothing to do with any reality of today and our current world and circumstances.

I gave a lecture recently in the San Francisco Bay Area for an investment group on today's real estate market in TX and green building techniques. After the meeting concluded many of the participants adjourned to a restaurant for some appetizers and more conversation. I was having a good conversation discussing world politics with a French woman investor. A bay area investor chimed in on how unstable he thought the France real estate market was due to their most recent strikes and other protests that have taken place. (Just to note that the real estate market in France is doing quite well...)

This is such a prime example of my frustration that I have with so many people. Their lack of knowledge and lack of attempt to broaden their knowledge through NON mainstream news and views keeps them locked into a bubble of ignorance thinking that this is the end all truth since they read it in People, saw it on Fox news or heard it on Rush Limbaugh radio.

I implore people to educate themselves by reaching outside of their typical means of information gathering. If the system isn't working then we shouldn't think that if we do the same things, read the same information sources, watch the same networks that things will change? The people with means to travel and discuss global issues at sidewalk cafes throughout the world must take it upon themselves to do so and bring back these unedited conversations to their friends and relatives. They must do so with open mindedness so as to be open to change their thoughts if necessary once they find clarity and new truths that need to be explored.

Question authority! This is our main right as people to give ourselves the chance to make the world a better place. I recently came across a group of bikers at a gas station in TX. We broke into conversation regarding the "freedom of the ride" and I noticed a patch on one of the riders sleeves stating "I love my country and I question authority". How perfect was this Vietnam Veteran showing the truth to the freedom we have here in the United States that most people do not do and take for grated. Well, this freedom is slowly disappearing through our current administrations techniques of fear breeding and pandering to those who choose to believe what is consistently fed to them through the corporate news.

Although, I say this lightly to prove a point, perhaps there is no such thing as racism anymore in this country. It has disappeared and been replaced with Classism of the elites. Most people today now feel their pocketbooks being squelched due to the fact that despite inflation there has been no increase statistically to the average earner for over 20 years. The buying power is diminishing quickly. Yet, what is anyone doing about it? Do people write their congresspersons, or senators? Do people protest anymore? Do people voice their concerns in avenues like this or other blogs to show their support of these type of ideas? Or can they when they are trying to make it by working two or three jobs to make rent and groceries.
